Our Basic Shipping Policies & Information
All online craft supply and fashion accessories orders are shipped within 3-4 days. If ordering leather sheets that I print in house, those orders can take up to 5 days before shipping. Business hours do not include weekends or holidays. Please contact us directly for more information if you need your order expedited or for overnight shipping.
You may add to your order as long as the first one has not shipped already. The difference of shipping will be returned to you in the form for a store credit. No refund for the shipping difference will be issued.
DUE TO COVID ALL PACKAGES CAN TAKE LONGER TO ARRIVE.
First class mail can take 2-8 days to arrive. IF YOU DID NOT PAY FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING and your package is lost I WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND YOU until USPS states the package is lost. If you received tracking information then I shipped your package and it is now in the hands of USPS and they are responsible, not me.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS: All orders are done in the order in which they are received. There is still a 2-3 day process time. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. Just because you are local does not mean your order will be ready the same day you ordered. Please wait for the email that it is ready. Thank you
UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, so please ensure your shipping information includes a street address.
Jennifer’s Goodies Galore is not responsible for the package once it has been turned over to USPS. If there are any questions or concerns about your package after it has been shipped, please contact the post office for any assistance or tracking questions.
International Shipping Information
THERE IS NO MORE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. TOO MANY PACKAGES ARE SHOWING DELIVERED AND THEN I GET BLAMED AND CUSTOMERS DEMAND ME TO PAY FOR A PACKAGE THAT DELIVERED. I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS. THE POSTAL SERVICE IS NOT GOOD FOR SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL AND AS A SMALL BUSINESS I CANNOT REFUND PEOPLE THEIR MONEY ON A PACKAGE THAT SHOWS DELIVERED.

Customs payments are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware that your country may hold your parcel at customs for several weeks. Jennifer’s Goodies Galore cannot expedite the customs process and therefore will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to customs. However, unfortunately due to strict regulations and processes beyond our control, when shipping between the US and other countries, item shipments may be delayed or lost. We cannot be held responsible for items lost during shipping. For inquiries regarding lost items, please contact a customs representative. I will not refund an order because custom is holding your package. Once the package is received in your country I am not longer liable and again will NOT refund. YOU MUST CONTACT USPS OR YOUR COUNTRIES POSTAL SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE.

Our Comprehensive Returns & Refund Policy
We take pride in our wholesale craft supplies, headbands, and hair accessories. taking great care in ensuring all products are shipped exactly as they appear on our website. If, for any reason, you are less than 100% satisfied with your purchases, we have convenient return policies and refund policies to resolve any online shipping or product issues.
- If an item is out of stock or I am short something on your order you will be given an in-store credit.
- If you are unhappy with your online craft supply purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. You are responsible for paying to have the items shipped back to me. Any damage incurred during the shipping process is not the responsibility of Jennifer’s Goodies Galore.
- We thoroughly inspect our products carefully for defects before shipping. If the package/items are damaged during transit, please contact the USPS.
- If you receive your item, and decide it doesn't work for you, you may return the item at your expense. Once I have received the item back I will refund you for the product, but not the shipping.
- There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on custom printed leather sheets.
- There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on clearance items or any items purchased on sale.
- If an item is lost by a mail service then a refund will be granted when the mail service considers the parcel lost.
- Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender (buyer) and refunds will not be granted.
- As we have no control over the package once it has been shipped, we highly recommend adding shipping insurance and signature delivery confirmation to your order.
